Since joining WWE in 2021, Breakker has consistently impressed fans. After spending time in the developmental brand NXT, he moved to the main roster last year. During his NXT tenure, he became a two-time NXT Champion and won the NXT Tag Team Championship once alongside former WWE Superstar Baron Corbin.
WWE’s booking has positioned Breakker as a top rising star on the main roster. In just one year, he has already won the Intercontinental Championship twice. Reports suggest that WWE has major plans for him at WrestleMania 41, with a multi-man ladder match reportedly in the works.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Triple H discussed Bron Breakker’s rapid development in WWE, revealing that Paul Heyman is playing a crucial role in shaping his promos and character.
He stated, “He’s a young guy, incredibly athletic, great character, he’s a sponge. I have Heyman spend a lot of time with him to help develop him with his promos, to help develop his character, to help push him in a direction. Then Paul talks to me and talks to the writers about where we want to take that, and then he’s the conduit for where we want to go with that talent.”
Paul Heyman has played a major role in the careers of WWE Superstars like Brock Lesnar, CM Punk, and Roman Reigns—both on screen and behind the scenes. Now, he is mentoring Breakker backstage. With Heyman’s guidance, Breakker could become WWE’s next top star. Fans even saw a glimpse of this in 2023 on an episode of WWE NXT.
