Why Did Penta Not Appear on WWE Raw? Reason Explained

Penta El Zero Miedo did not appear on the latest episode of WWE RAW, which took place at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. The former AEW star made his highly anticipated WWE debut in early 2025.

On January 13, during the second episode of WWE RAW on Netflix, Penta El Zero Miedo stepped into a WWE ring for the first time and faced Chad Gable. Both superstars delivered an intense match, but Penta secured the victory with a Penta Driver.

The following week, Penta continued his winning streak by defeating Pete Dunne in another impressive match. With back-to-back wins, he quickly gained momentum in WWE. After his strong start, Penta announced his entry into the Men’s Royal Rumble match.

At WWE Royal Rumble 2025, he entered at No. 2 and lasted over 40 minutes before Finn Bálor eliminated him, marking a significant first Rumble appearance. Last week, Penta defeated Ludwig Kaiser and began addressing the crowd after his victory.

However, Pete Dunne interrupted him, creating an opening for an angry Kaiser to launch an attack, leaving Penta laid out in the ring. Many expected Penta to retaliate against Dunne or Kaiser on this week’s episode of WWE RAW, but that didn’t happen. He never appeared on the show, leaving fans wondering about his absence.

Penta’s absence from WWE Raw: What happened?

The latest episode of WWE RAW featured a video package in which Penta El Zero Miedo sent a warning to Pete Dunne and Ludwig Kaiser. Penta promised to make Kaiser and Dunne pay for last week’s attack.

Later in the show, Jackie Redmond interviewed Ludwig Kaiser backstage. He vowed to keep attacking Penta until he was finished with him. Pete Dunne then confronted Kaiser, clarifying that he hadn’t helped him last week.

Ludwig Kaiser told Pete Dunne that he didn’t need his help last week. Dunne responded by saying he would take down Penta next week in their matchup, and Kaiser smirked, saying he would stay out of it. He then walked away, leaving tension between the two.

As Pete Dunne prepared to take on Penta next week on WWE RAW, reports revealed that WWE Main Event had been recorded on February 10, 2025, before RAW. During the taping, Penta El Zero Miedo stepped into the ring against Grayson Waller and defeated him.
