JD McDonagh of The Judgment Day suffered an injury on the latest edition of WWE RAW at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. McDonagh competed in a tag team match alongside his partner Dominik Mysterio against The War Raiders.
The bout took a significant turn when McDonagh attempted a moonsault to the outside but accidentally hit the back of his head on the commentary table. Tension grew over McDonagh’s condition, but despite the scary spot, he finished the match.
After the injury, McDonagh revealed that he sustained broken ribs and a punctured lung. As a result, he will miss a couple of months in WWE. In a recent emotional Instagram post, he expressed how overwhelmed he was by the support he has received from fans worldwide. He also mentioned that he plans to take some time to heal and return stronger.
Despite this tough time, McDonagh’s fellow WWE Superstars have shown their support during his recovery.

JD McDonagh provided an update on his health after getting injured on WWE RAW. He has received support from fellow WWE Superstars, including Liv Morgan, Bayley, Dominik Mysterio, Ivar, Santos Escobar, Karmen Petrovic, Bronson Reed, and Angel Garza.
McDonagh’s fellow Judgment Day members, Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan, shared their thoughts. Dominik Mysterio sent his support with several heart emojis, while Liv Morgan replied with, “Miss u already bro,” to which McDonagh responded with a heart emoji. Bayley also expressed her support, promising, “I’ll make you a coffee when you get back,” while Ivar simply wrote, “RESPECT.”
It’s heartwarming to see WWE superstars come out in support of McDonagh during an injury. With the latter now out of action, it will be interesting to see how the Judgment Day storyline develops, especially since WWE had teased tension between Dominik Mysterio and Finn Balor.
