John Cena’s return powers massive ticket sales for WWE Royal Rumble 2025
WrestleTix reported in a tweet that there has been a huge rise in ticket sales for the show in Indianapolis since last week. At the time of writing, 53,369 tickets have been sold out of a total of 56,265. This has left only 2,896 tickets remaining for audiences to book.
WrestleTix reported that sales have surged by more than 3,112 tickets in just a week. This is due to John Cena’s announcement for the Men’s Royal Rumble match. Cena’s ability to boost ticket sales was highlighted, noting his previous appearances.
This was also seen during Cena’s tour in 2021 against Roman Reigns. It was mentioned that Cena’s appearance at every show he participated in consistently added 2,000 to 3,000 ticket sales.
With Cena announcing his participation in the Men’s Royal Rumble. The show has become even more interesting, especially with Roman Reigns also confirming his spot in the match. Fans are speculating that other superstars like Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, CM Punk, Randy Orton, and more may appear.
