The Rock’s WWE RAW appearance: Reports confirm he’ll be cutting a promo
The Rock recently confirmed his appearance for WWE RAW’s premiere episode on Netflix but hasn’t disclosed his plans for the show. However, Dr. Chris Featherstone of Sportskeeda shared new details about the Final Boss’ role.
Featherstone stated that The Rock, along with Hulk Hogan and John Cena, will cut a promo on the show. He mentioned that WWE had also discussed bringing Stone Cold Steve Austin. However, those plans were scrapped. He also revealed WWE is planning on delivering a premium live event quality show to launch their partnership with Netflix.
It will be interesting to see if The Rock confronts the winner of the Tribal Combat match between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa. Furthermore, fans have been speculating that the Final Boss will cost Reigns the match against Sikoa, eventually setting up a dream match between them at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas this April.
