During the December 6th edition of SmackDown, Cody Rhodes faced an interruption from RAW superstars Chad Gable and his faction, American Made. Gable announced that he was part of a transfer, bringing his stable along with him.
Commentator Michael Cole later confirmed that the transfer window is linked to WWE RAW’s Netflix debut on January 6, 2025. This transfer window will allow talent to move between RAW, SmackDown, and NXT.
Champions of both brands were also spotted on RAW and SmackDown. Gunther was seen speaking with SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis, while Cody Rhodes talked with RAW General Manager Adam Pearce, with both champions hinting at potential brand switches.
