Former WWE Undisputed Champion Roman Reigns has finally addressed Paul Heyman’s questionable behavior ahead of the Survivor Series: WarGames. A few weeks ago, Reigns attempted to call Heyman when his team — the original Bloodline —, found themselves in trouble.
As Reigns tried to contact Heyman, his call went unanswered, leaving the Tribal Chief in a concerning position without his Wiseman by his side. Last week on WWE SmackDown, Paul Heyman made a surprising return, shocking Roman Reigns and the stars present in the ring.
Paul Heyman revealed CM Punk as the fifth member of Reigns’ team for WarGames, set to take place at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames this weekend. Heyman’s return has fueled fan speculation about his loyalty.
After the show, WWE released footage showing Heyman greeting the Uso brothers and then walking off with CM Punk. However, he noticeably ignored Reigns and Sami Zayn. These actions have raised doubts about whether Heyman is plotting to betray the Tribal Chief. Reigns has now broken his silence and addressed these speculations, offering his perspective on Heyman’s odd behavior.
Roman Reigns says things are unclear with Paul Heyman
Roman Reigns, the leader of the original Bloodline, recently addressed Paul Heyman’s unusual behavior during an interview with Sports Illustrated. Reigns acknowledged the growing speculation about Heyman’s actions.
Reigns stated, “Paul’s been incredibly shady if you ask me. I’ve seen the speculation, ‘Well, you didn’t answer his phone calls,’ and this and that. But at the end of the day, when I take my leave, there’s no question what I’m doing.”
Furthermore, Reigns expressed uncertainty about Heyman, noting unresolved issues between them. He said, “The question is what happened with him. There’s a lot of things that we just haven’t had the time to dive into, and that’s just the train wreck of a return that it’s been for me.”
It will be interesting to see what unfolds this weekend at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames. After all, the question of whether Paul Heyman will betray Roman Reigns still remains.
