Jake Paul won the match by unanimous decision, defeating the legendary Tyson. After the fight, Tyson called out Logan Paul for a boxing match in a post-match interview. Logan Paul responded with a surprising remark, saying, “M***********, I’ll kill you, Mike.” His comment sparked backlash from fans, who felt he disrespected the boxing legend.
While Mike Tyson seemed unbothered, Logan’s words upset many fans. WWE’s JBL recently stated that a match between Logan Paul and Mike Tyson at WrestleMania would be an exciting idea.
Fans may remember Mike Tyson’s previous appearances in WWE, including serving as the special guest referee at WrestleMania 14 for the match between Stone Cold Steve Austin and Shawn Michaels, and punching Chris Jericho on an episode of WWE RAW. JBL seems to support the idea of Tyson making a return to the WWE ring.
JBL weighs in on possible Mike Tyson vs. Logan Paul WrestleMania match
On Something to Wrestle, JBL responded to a question about the possibility of seeing Mike Tyson face Logan Paul at WrestleMania. He expressed excitement over the idea and stated that it would make for a compelling WrestleMania matchup.
JBL stated, “I think it’d be awesome to have Jake Paul at WrestleMania, to have Logan Paul at WrestleMania. Those two guys are amazing to me, absolutely amazing. They’ve done incredible things… Those guys have gotten over, and they’re making hundreds of millions of dollars [in] career earnings because of the fact that they’ve gotten over.”
Meanwhile, Logan Paul has not appeared on WWE TV since losing his United States Title to LA Knight. It will be interesting to see when he makes his next appearance on WWE screens.
