Following the successful partnership, fans began to speculate whether AJ Styles would make a crossover appearance in his former promotion. Recently, reports emerged that the pro-wrestler was in consideration for this year’s TNA Wrestling Hall of Fame induction.

Recently, AJ Styles responded to reports about WWE’s decision to not induct him into the TNA Wrestling Hall of Fame. He addressed the situation on X (formerly known as Twitter). The Phenomenal One clarified the same by stating that he made the choice not to enter the Hall of Fame while still an active wrestler. Styles expressed that he does not want any kind of induction into any Hall of Fame as long as he continues to compete.
AJ Styles, who is 47 years old, was reportedly set to begin his farewell tour in WWE. However, during the October 4th edition of WWE SmackDown, he sustained a foot injury of much severity. This injury has now impacted his plans, and there is currently no update on the status of his return to the ring.
