Following WWE SummerSlam, The Judgment Day kicked out Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest from the faction. The turmoil within The Judgment Day started when Dominik Mysterio betrayed Rhea Ripley and aligned himself with Liv Morgan. After his betrayal, Finn Balor, the leader of The Judgment Day, turned against Damian Priest during his match with Gunther, which led to Priest losing the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
In the wake of SummerSlam, The Judgment Day added Liv Morgan to its faction, igniting a feud with Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley. Since their departure, the faction has focused on targeting Priest and Ripley.
As The Judgment Day underwent these new changes, Priest and Ripley forged a new alliance, dubbing themselves “The Terror Twins.” This new partnership has drawn attention and criticism, notably from Dominik Mysterio. In a recent interview, Mysterio voiced his disapproval of “The Terror Twins” name, adding more drama to the ongoing storyline.
Dominik Mysterio criticizes ‘The Terror Twins’ nickname
WWE Superstar Dominik Mysterio recently appeared on Peter Rosenberg’s show, Rosenberg Wrestling. When asked about Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest’s “The Terror Twins” nickname, Dominik called it silly and compared it to “a couple of turds.” He stated, “I think it’s stupid [laughs]. No, it just sounds like a couple of turds. So they’ve always been a couple of turds.”
Furthermore, he refrained from expressing his true feelings to avoid hurting Rhea Ripley’s feelings, but now that he is with Liv Morgan, he feels indifferent about it. He stated, “When you’re, like you said, blinded by love, I didn’t want to hurt Mami’s feelings. She had her little thing with her friend, so you don’t want to ruin it. It makes them feel special, so I didn’t want to take it away from them. But now I don’t really care. It’s stupid. It is what it is.”
As WWE Bash in Berlin draws near, Dominik Mysterio and his new girlfriend, Liv Morgan, are gearing up to face “The Terror Twins” Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest in a mixed tag team match.
