WWE Star Applauds Brock Lesnar Amid Hiatus

Former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar recently received surprising praise from his former rival amid his hiatus. Brock Lesnar, who is a future Hall of Famer, started his WWE career back in 2002. Over the course of two decades, Lesnar has had many rivalries with top WWE stars.

The Beast Incarnate has been absent from WWE for over a year. His last match took place at SummerSlam last year against Cody Rhodes. The two stars were involved in a heated rivalry last year following WrestleMania 39 when Lesnar shockingly attacked Rhodes on WWE RAW.

Brock Lesnar, who faced Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam, suffered a devastating loss in the match. After the event, Lesnar remained absent from WWE. He was scheduled to return earlier this year at Royal Rumble. However, those plans were scrapped following his alleged involvement in the Vince McMahon lawsuit. Since then, WWE has kept Lesnar away from their programming until the legal issues are resolved.

While Brock Lesnar has remained absent from the promotion for over a year, he has lately been spotted with fans, taking pictures in a new look. Although the former WWE Champion’s return is still uncertain, his former rival recently praised him for his athleticism and in-ring skills.

Who praised Brock Lesnar amid his WWE Hiatus?

Brock Lesnar is known for his fierce rivalries with The Undertaker, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and John Cena. Recently, the former received high praise from a top WWE star. John Cena, the first to experience “Suplex City,” praised Lesnar during an interview on Club Shay Shay.

Cena stated, “Brock is one of the most gifted, hardest-working, perseverant, stubborn sons of b*tches I’ve ever met. But I honestly think, physically, he could do whatever he puts his mind to right. It’s also because he’s 6-4, 300 plus. So it was a natural transition. … I think Brock is a physical anomaly, and I’m glad he found his home with WWE ’cause he’s fantastic, but I think he could put do whatever he really wanted to.”

Only time will tell whether John Cena, who is set to begin his retirement tour next year, will face Brock Lesnar one more time.
