Gunther Issues Warning to Randy Orton Following WWE Raw Encounter

The new WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Gunther, is set to face Randy Orton at Bash in Berlin later this month. Last week on WWE Raw, Randy Orton interrupted Gunther’s title celebration.

At WWE SummerSlam, Gunther challenged Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship. Gunther earned this title shot by winning the King of the Ring tournament. In the tournament finals, the Ring General faced Randy Orton and defeated him to win the tournament. Despite Orton’s one shoulder being up during the match, Gunther was crowned the winner.

This victory led to Gunther earning a title shot against Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship. Gunther won the match after Finn Balor betrayed his Judgment Day teammate, which distracted Priest and allowed Gunther to capitalize and secure the win. However, Randy Orton interrupted Gunther’s title celebration by calling out his King of the Ring finals win. This led Orton to challenge him for a title shot, which Gunther accepted. Their match is scheduled to take place at Bash in Berlin on August 31 in Germany.

The latest edition of WWE Raw featured another confrontation, where Randy Orton delivered an RKO to him. Unhappy with the attack, the Ring General was seen angry backstage on WWE Raw. Now, the Ring General has issued a warning to The Viper following their encounter.

What did Gunther warn Randy Orton about?

In the latest edition of WWE Raw, Gunther, known for his personal attacks on opponents, once again crossed the line, this time targeting Randy Orton. The Ring General made disparaging remarks about Orton’s father, Bob Orton Jr., and his grandfather, Bob Orton, calling them “screw-ups.”

This confrontation escalated into a heated staredown until Drew McIntyre intervened, creating a distraction that allowed Randy Orton to deliver an RKO to him. He has now taken to Instagram, sharing a photo from their Raw encounter with the caption “31.8 – Berlin,” as a warning to Randy Orton for their upcoming match at WWE Bash in Berlin.

In addition to this warning, he has taken another shot at Orton. He posted a photo on Instagram showing himself with a gun and a background that reads “Weak Things Break.” It seems that The Ring General has begun playing mind games with The Viper.
