Kenny Omega, who recently disclosed his battle with Diverticulitis and subsequent surgery, has faced the repercussions of his absence within The Elite. Despite his health struggles, Omega’s recovery journey has been progressing positively.
However, The Young Bucks, fellow members of The Elite, showed no sympathy towards Omega’s health concerns. During a recent episode of AEW Dynamite, The Young Bucks addressed their loss at AEW Revolution against Sting and Darby Allin. They accused their opponents of cheating and boldly proclaimed their intentions to win the AEW Tag Team Championship in the upcoming tournament.
But their announcement revolved around disciplinary actions within The Elite. They declared the suspension of Hangman Page for his altercation with two officials at AEW Revolution and the firing of Kenny Omega for missing scheduled appearances for no good reason.
Despite being sidelined due to health issues, Omega reacted to his removal from The Elite by expressing his discontent on Twitter. He posted a photo reflecting his dissatisfaction with the decision.

The dismissal of Kenny Omega from The Elite sent shockwaves throughout the wrestling community. It will be interesting to see what drama unfolds next within The Elite, as Omega has been a major part of the faction since its inception.
Kenny Omega and Hangman Page replaced in The Elite
Kenny Omega and Hangman Page, longstanding members of The Elite, found themselves at the center of upheaval due to recent actions by The Young Bucks. On AEW Dynamite, The Young Bucks announced the suspension of Hangman Page from All Elite Wrestling. Meanwhile, Omega faced removal from the faction for missing scheduled appearances.
Following The Young Bucks’ announcement, AEW Continental Crown Champion Eddie Kingston interrupted them. This led to a brawl between The Bucks and Kingston. However, Kazuchika Okada intervened seemingly in Kingston’s favor, only to shock everyone by attacking the latter.
In the aftermath of the surprising assault on Kingston, Nicholas Jackson announced that Kazuchika Okada is the newest member of The Elite. Consequently, Okada replaced Omega and Page in the faction. It remains to be seen how Page will react to this development, especially considering his involvement in a heated feud with Swerve Strickland.
