WWE Universe witnessed a spectacle at the 2024 Royal Rumble in Tropicana Field, with Bron Breakker seizing the spotlight. He entered the Men’s Royal Rumble match in his 20th sport, marking a significant moment in his WWE main roster journey.
Breakker has previously graced a few main roster WWE shows in 2022. His performance in this year’s Rumble match left an indelible mark. During his five minutes in the match, he eliminated Jimmy Uso, Finn Balor, and Omos, showcasing his skills. Notably, his confrontation with Intercontinental Champion Gunther added fuel to the fire, sparking conversations across the wrestling world.
Reports from SESCOOPS shed light on Breakker’s post-Rumble status, confirming his official promotion to the main roster. While his brand affiliation remains undecided, speculation leans towards a place for him on Raw. According to insiders, Breakker’s sudden rise led to his brand not being determined immediately.
Notably, he filled in for Brock Lesnar in the match, as Lesnar was pulled from the event following his association with Vince McMahon’s lawsuit.
Bron Breakker’s first potential WWE main roster feud
Bron Breakker made a huge splash at this year’s Royal Rumble, managing to eliminate top stars before being eliminated by Dominik Mysterio. In a WWE Digital Exclusive interview, Breakker indicated that he’s now feuding with Judgment Day.
Breakker replaced Brock Lesnar in the Royal Rumble. Lesnar was originally set to feud with Dominik Mysterio. Both stars were reportedly scheduled to have a match at the Elimination Chamber in Australia. However, those plans were scrapped, with Breakker performing all the spots in the match that were originally intended for Lesnar.
It will be interesting to see if Breakker goes after Judgment Day’s member, Dominik Mysterio and has a match at the Elimination Chamber in Australia next month.
