WWE Superstar Xavier Woods Faces Unexpected Setback

In a surprising turn of events, WWE Superstar Xavier Woods is facing a setback that has forced him off the road.

Woods was notably absent during this week’s WWE RAW Holiday edition, where Kofi Kingston took center stage dressed as Santa Claus. During RAW, Kofi Kingston assisted Jey Uso in his match against Ludwig Kaiser, where Kofi attacked Vinci in Trouble in Paradise, representing The New Day as the sole member present.

However, it has been revealed why Xavier Woods missed this week’s edition of WWE RAW.

According to PWInsider, Xavier Woods was last seen in Birmingham, Alabama, a few weeks ago. However, the current situation has sidelined him, and the exact nature of the issue remains unclear.

Although details surrounding Woods’ setback are yet to be confirmed, insider sources reveal that he is ‘banged up’ and has been removed from the road to undergo necessary recovery. The extent of his injuries is still undisclosed.

The last time Woods was in action on WWE programming was during the November 27th episode of WWE RAW in a Tag Team Turmoil match for the number one contender spot, where The Creed Brothers emerged victorious.

The impact of Xavier Woods’ setback on WWE’s tag team, The New Day

Xavier Woods’ setback has brought a huge The New Day, which consists of Big E, Xavier Woods, and Kofi Kingston. The trio is currently facing adversity, with Big E still recovering from a severe neck injury sustained around WrestleMania 38.

While Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston continued to represent The New Day, recent reports indicate that Woods, too, has suffered an injury, forcing him off the road.

The coming months will be a challenging period for The New Day, as Kofi Kingston stands as the sole member representing the faction in the wake of Woods’ absence and Big E’s ongoing recovery.
