In a heartwarming moment at WWE’s live event, Seth Rollins paid tribute to the late WWE Superstars Bray Wyatt and Brodie Lee.
At WWE’s live event in Rochester on December 17th, the reigning WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Seth Rollins, delivered a heartfelt tribute to two departed wrestling icons, Bray Wyatt and Brodie Lee. Following a triumphant main event where Rollins defeated Drew McIntyre and Shinsuke Nakamura to retain his championship, he addressed the crowd.
Seth Rollins took the mic in hand and asked the crowd if they had any ‘fireflies’ among them, prompting fans to start their mobile phone flashlights in homage to the late Bray Wyatt. But Rollins didn’t stop there; he also paid tribute to the memory of Brodie Lee, affectionately remembering him with Lee’s catchphrase, ‘Yeah yeah yeah!’

It’s also important to note that Rochester was the hometown of the late Brodie Lee, which is why Seth Rollins chose to pay tribute to his friend Lee for Rochester fans. A few days ago, fans also celebrated Lee’s birthday.
Both Wyatt and Lee met untimely ends due to tragic circumstances. Wyatt passed away earlier this year, in August, while Lee passed away in 2020.
Reflecting on the impact of WWE Superstars Bray Wyatt and Brodie Lee
The wrestling world still resonates with the unforgettable impact left by WWE superstars Bray Wyatt and Brodie Lee.
Bray Wyatt, the enigmatic master of mind games, captivated audiences with his haunting portrayals like The Fiend and Eater of Worlds. Brodie Lee’s Exalted One persona in AEW showcased his leadership and charisma.
Both Wyatt and Lee were integral members of the infamous faction ‘The Wyatt Family,’ where Bray served as the leader, and Brodie Lee, formerly known as Luke Harper, along with Erick Rowan and Braun Strowman, were his followers.
Fans will also remember that Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper were involved in a brief feud during the buildup to WrestleMania 33. This occurred when Randy Orton was part of ‘The Wyatt Family,’ and the feud ultimately reached its climax with Orton betraying Wyatt.
