Last night’s episode of Supernatural found the brothers reunited with the archangel Gabriel, allying once again with Arthur Ketch, and, thanks to the British Man of Letters, with all of the necessary ingredients to open a rift into the Apocalypse World in order to save Mary and Jack. The CW has released the promo for next week’s episode, titled “Bring ’em Back Alive,” which is set to air on April 12, 2018. Check it out now in the player below and share your thoughts on last night’s episode as well as your theories on what might happen next week!
Since Dean decided to make Sam stay behind in the bunker with the tortured and beaten Gabriel, telling his brother that he preferred Ketch going with him instead through the rift because he doesn’t care if Ketch dies — essentially keeping Sam safe in Dean’s eyes and also utilized as a backup rescue plan if things go south — the promo reveals a frustrated Sam and Castiel in the bunker as Dean and Ketch attempt a rescue mission. However, we learned that the rift will only stay open for 24 hours; will Dean and Ketch make it back in time? Will they find Mary and Jack? And, knowing how upset and worried Sam was over Dean going without him, will the youngest Winchester go along with his brother’s plan or will Dean find himself in need of saving?
