First Game of Thrones season 6 teaser released
Following the previously-released teaser poster, HBO has had fans on edge about the upcoming sixth season of Game of Thrones, and now they’re ready to tease you with even more questions. The first teaser for the season has debuted online, offering our first hint at Max von Sydow’s take as the Three-Eyed Raven, the return of Bran Stark, and even a meta-poke at fans of George R.R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” book series. Check it out in the player below!
Game of Thrones stars Peter Dinklage, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Lena Headey, Emilia Clarke, Aidan Gillen, Natalie Dormer, Carice van Houten, Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams, John Bradley, Hannah Murray, and Gwendoline Christie. Former “Deadwood” star Ian McShane is also set to guest star in the new season of the series.
The ten-episode sixth season will air on HBO in April 2016. HBO confirmed this summer plans for the series to run for at least eight seasons.
