ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive clip from the next episode of the NBC crime drama The Irrational, set to air on this week.
What happens in The Irrational clip?
The clip sees Professor Alec Mercer (Jesse L. Martin) and Rose Dinshaw (Karen David) meeting up with a reporter, looking for a video that the reporter is trying to protect. The episode, titled “The Milgram Experiment,” will air on Tuesday, February 18th at 10 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.

The Irrational premiered on NBC in 2023 and is loosely based on the life of Dan Ariely, a behavioral economist and professor at Duke University, and his 2008 non-fiction book Predictably Irrational: The Hidden Forces That Shape Our Decisions, and follows Alec Mercer, a behavioral scientist who lends his expertise to governments, law enforcement, and cooperations to solve various issues.
The series stars Jesse L. Martin, Maahra Hill, Arash DeMaxi, Molly Kunz, and Travina Springer in the main roles. Brian King, Karen David, Ben Cotton, and Max Lloyd-Jones also appear in the show in recurring roles.
The second season of The Irrational is currently broadcasting on NBC, with past episodes available to stream on Peacock.
