In order to stop the next threat, De Niro’s character George Mullen has been tasked to search for terrorists. However, due to the public’s paranoia and misinformation, his mission will put him in a more difficult situation.

Zero Day is written and executive produced by showrunners Eric Newman and Noah Oppenheim, with Lesli Linka Glatter directing all six episodes. Besides De Niro, the ensemble cast includes Angela Bassett, Lizzy Caplan, Jesse Plemons, Joan Allen, Connie Britton, Matthew Modine, Bill Camp, Dan Stevens, Gaby Hoffmann, Clark Gregg, and McKinley Belcher III. It is executive produced by Glatter, Jonathan Glickman, De Niro, and co-creator Michael S. Schmidt.
