Severance Season 2 Releases First 8 Minutes of Episode 1

Christmas has come early for fans of the hit Apple TV+ show Severance, as the first eight minutes of the show’s second season have been released.

Apple has released the first 8 minutes of Severance Season 2 on Apple TV+. For those looking for where to watch it, the extended look at Season 2 is located on the show’s page on Apple TV+. As of this writing, the Season 2 preview has yet to be uploaded online by Apple, so the only way to watch it is by heading over to the streaming platform.

Severance Season 2 will see Adam Scott reprise his role as Mark Scout. The cast also includes Lower as Helly Riggs, Tramell Tillman as Seth Milchick, Zach Cherry as Dylan George, Jen Tullock as Devon Scout-Hale, Michael Chernus as Ricken Hale, Dichen Lachman as Ms. Casey, John Turturro as Irving Bailiff, Christopher Walken as Burt Goodman, and Patricia Arquette as Harmony Cobel.

Sarah Bock, Gwendoline Christie, Bob Balaban, Merritt Wever, Alia Shawkat, Robby Benson, Stefano Carannante, Ólafur Darri Ólafsson, and John Noble have also joined the cast of the new season.

“In Severance, Mark Scout (Adam Scott) leads a team at Lumon Industries, whose employees have undergone a severance procedure that surgically divides their memories between their work and personal lives. This daring experiment in ‘work-life balance’ is called into question as Mark finds himself at the center of an unraveling mystery that will force him to confront the true nature of his work… and of himself. Severance Season 1 was nominated for 14 Primetime Emmy and Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards, winning Outstanding Main Title Design (Oliver Latta and Teddy Blanks) and Outstanding Music Composition for a Series (Original Dramatic Score) (Theodore Shapiro).
