Industry Season 3 Teaser Trailer Reveals Kit Harington’s Return to HBO

The teaser trailer for Industry reveals Kit Harington’s return to HBO, as the Game of Thrones star will play a character named Henry Muck in the acclaimed drama series from creators Mickey Down and Konrad Kay.

The eight-episode third installment will make its premiere on Sunday, August 11 from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET. It will also be available to stream on Max.

What to know about Industry

The show promises to give an insider’s view of the secretive world of high finance. In particular, Industry Season 3 focuses on a group of young bankers as they attempt to forge their identities within the pressure cooker environment that’s fueled by sex and a drugs blitz, all the while taking a particular interest in the international bank Pierpoint & Co’s London office. 

Industry Season 3 begins as Pierpoint looks to the future. It takes a big bet on ethical investing, As for the main players, Yasmin, Robert, and Eric find themselves right at the center of a splashy IPO of Lumi, a green tech energy company led by Sir Henry Muck. The story runs all the way to the very top of finance, media, and government. And on another front, since leaving Pierpoint, Harper has an eagerness to get back into the addictive thrill of finance and finds an unlikely partner in the FutureDawn portfolio manager Petra Koenig (played by Barry star Sarah Goldberg)

Industry Season 3’s returning cast members include Myha’la, Marisa Abela, Harry Lawtey, Ken Leung, Conor MacNeill, Sagar Radia, Indy Lewis, Adam Levy, Sarah Parish, Trevor White, Elena Saurel, and Irfan Shamji.

In addition to Harington and Goldberg, new cast and characters include Miriam Petche as Sweetpea Golightly, Andrew Havill as Lord Norton, Roger Barclay as Otto Mostyn, Fady Elsayed as Ali El Mansour, and Fiona Button as Denise Oldroyd.

Industry is created, written, and executive produced by Mickey Down & Konrad Kay. The series is a Bad Wolf Production for HBO/BBC and is executive produced by Jane Tranter, Kate Crowther, and Ryan Rasmussen for Bad Wolf; and Rebecca Ferguson for BBC.
