In honor of Usopp’s birthday, Netflix has dropped a brand new video featuring One Piece star Jacob Romero Gibson as he “honestly” answers fan questions about the highly-anticipated Season 2. The fan questions also involved queries about the potential appearance of fan-favorites Princess Vivi and her loyal pet duck Karoo. It’s up to fans if they’ll believe Gibson’s King Usopp-centered answers or not, especially when the mischievous character is best known for his exaggerated stories.
Showrunner Matt Owens also appears in the video, where he stops Gibson from revealing actual Season 2 spoilers. However, the video ends with a simple drawing of Usopp facing a dinosaur. For viewers who aren’t familiar with the anime or manga, this might mean nothing. But for avid One Piece fans, the drawing seemingly confirmed that Season 2 would feature the prehistoric island of Little Garden, which was one of the first islands that the Straw Hat pirates explored in the Grand Line.
