Netflix has dropped the Ronja the Robber’s Daughter trailer for its upcoming live-action series adaptation of Astrid Lindgren’s classic children’s fantasy novel of the same name.
The 6-episode drama has been divided into two parts, with the first half set to debut on March 28. It will then be followed by Part 2, which will be released later this year. The novel was first adapted into a Japanese anime series by Studio Ghibli in 2014, which lasted for 26 episodes. It was directed by Hayao Miyazaki’s son Gorō Miyazaki.
