Invincible Season 2 Part 2 Trailer Teases the Prime Video Series’ Gory Comeback

A new Invincible Season 2 Part 2 trailer has been unveiled, teasing an expectedly intense second half of the Prime Video superhero series. New episodes are set to return to the streaming platform on Thursday, March 14.

The trailer shows Mark on the planet Thraxa after the end of the first half of Season 2. Viewers get a peek at Omni-Man’s dire situation after being taken away by the Viltrumites, as well as the status of Earth and its heroes as Angstrom Levy continues his crusade.

“Based on the groundbreaking comic book by Robert Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley, the story revolves around 18-year-old Mark Grayson, who’s just like every other guy his age—except his father is (or was) the most powerful superhero on the planet. Still reeling from Nolan’s betrayal in Season 1, Mark struggles to rebuild his life as he faces a host of new threats, all while battling his greatest fear – that he might become his father without even knowing it,” the synopsis for Invincible Season 2 reads.

Invincible’s voice cast includes Steven Yeun, with Sandra Oh, Zazie Beetz, Grey DeLisle, Chris Diamantopoulos, Walton Goggins, Gillian Jacobs, Jason Mantzoukas, Ross Marquand, Khary Payton, Zachary Quinto, Andrew Rannells, Kevin Michael Richardson, Seth Rogen, and J.K. Simmons.

Additionally, Sterling K. Brown, Peter Cullen, Rob Delaney, Calista Flockhart, Phil LaMarr, Luke MacFarlane, Tatiana Maslany, Scott McNairy, Jay Pharoah, Ella Purnell, Tim Robinson, Ben Schwartz, Rhea Seehorn, Lea Thompson, Paul F. Tompkins, and Shantel VanSanten all joined the cast of Invincible Season 2.
