Amazon Prime Video has dropped the first I Know What You Did Last Summer teaser for the upcoming reboot series adaptation of the hit horror film franchise, based on Lois Duncan’s 1973 YA suspense novel of the same name. Starring Annabelle Comes Home actress Madison Iseman, the series is scheduled to make its debut on Friday, October 15, with the first four episodes.
The video, which you can check out below, provides us with our first look at the main cast led by Iseman, who seems like is set to portray dual roles as twins. It also highlights the characters’ wild and eventful graduation party which will somehow end with an accidental death.

Amazon’s I Know What You Did Last Summer is a mystery thriller series is written and executive produced by Sara Goodman. It stars Madison Iseman (Jumanji: The Next Level), Bill Heck (I’m Your Woman), Brianne Tju (Light as a Feather), Ezekiel Goodman, Ashley Moore (Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping), Sebastian Amoruso(Solve), Fiona Rene (Stumptown), Cassie Beck (Connecting), and Brooke Bloom (Homecoming).
“One year after the fatal car accident that haunted their graduation night, a group of teenagers find themselves bound together by a dark secret and stalked by a brutal killer,” reads the official synopsis. “As they try to piece together who’s after them, they reveal the dark side of their seemingly perfect town – and themselves. Everyone is hiding something, and uncovering the wrong secret could be deadly.”

I Know What You Did Last Summer is a co-production between Amazon Studios and Sony Pictures Television. It is executive produced by The Conjuring Universe creator James Wan, Michael Clear, and Rob Hackett, Craig William Macneill, and Shay Hatten for Atomic Monster, along with Neal H. Moritz, Pavun Shetty, Erik Feig, and Peter Guber.
