HBO Max has dropped the full Doom Patrol Season 3 trailer for the highly-anticipated return of the popular DC series, which is expected to premiere on September 23 with the first three episodes. The video, which you can check out in the player below, teases an even crazier season for the team of outcasts as they deal with the arrival of Madame Rouge, the Brotherhood of Evil, and the Sisterhood of Dada. It also sees the team encountering some major issues including getting involved with time-travelling; turning into zombies; Victor dealing with the possibility of getting shut down; Clint having problems with his brains; and more.

Part support group, part superhero team, the Doom Patrol is a band of super-powered freaks who fight for a world that wants nothing to do with them. The series stars Brendan Fraser, Diane Guerrero, Matt Bomer, April Bowlby, Joivan Wade, and Timothy Dalton.
“Season three opens on the culmination of Dorothy’s confrontation with the Candlemaker that leads to a devastating loss,” reads the official synopsis. “The Doom Patrol is at a difficult crossroads and each member struggles to face who they are and who they want to be. And things get a whole lot more complicated when Madame Rouge arrives in a time machine with a very specific mission, if only she could remember it.”
The new season features the arrival of new cast members including Michelle Gomez as Madame Rouge, and Sisterhood of Dada, whose members will be portrayed by Micah Joe Parker, Wynn Everett, Miles Mussenden, Anita Kalathara, and Gina Hiraizumi. Madalyn Horcher, Ty Tennant, and Sebastian Croft have also been cast for guest appearances.
