Adult Swim has released the full trailer for the upcoming second season of Lisa Hanawalt’s adult-animated series Tuca & Bertie as the network officially welcomes the show into its animated roster. Last year, Adult Swim has given Tuca & Bertie a second season order following the show’s cancellation on Netflix. The series is scheduled to make its return on June 13.
The video features new footage continuing to highlight the titular duo’s undying friendship and the much crazier antics they will be doing in the new season. Check out the Tuca & Bertie Season 2 trailer below!

Tuca & Bertie is a comedy about the friendship between two 30-year-old bird women who live in the same apartment building: Tuca, a cocky, care-free toucan, and Bertie, an anxious, daydreaming songbird. The series features a voice cast led by Tiffany Haddish as Tuca, Ali Wong as Bertie, and Steven Yeun as Speckle. They are joined by Nicole Byer, Richard E. Grant, John Early, Reggie Watts, Shamir Bailey, Jennifer Lewis, and Kate Berlant.
In Season 2, Tuca and Bertie are best friends, and they’re both full of ghosts! Bertie is busy excavating her inner ghouls with the help of a therapist, while Tuca prefers to stuff hers behind the toilet. She’ll deal with them later, right now she’s just too busy trying not to be single anymore! Meanwhile, Speckle is building a new house but soon finds he’s driven to the brink of insanity … good thing he’s just a cartoon.
Season 1 featured the guest-starring voices of Tessa Thompson, Amber Ruffin, Awkwafina, Jane Lynch, Laverne Cox, Tig Notaro, and Taraji P. Henson.
