Amazon Prime Video has released the official Solos trailer for their upcoming anthology drama series, boasting its stacked all-star cast, including Helen Mirren, Morgan Freeman, Anne Hathaway, and Anthony Mackie. The video provides us a preview of the seven unique character-driven stories that will set off each character into a thrilling adventure in an uncertain future. The series is slated to debut in the US on May 21 and on June 25, 2021, worldwide.

Solos is a seven-part anthology series that explores the strange, beautiful, heartbreaking, hilarious, wondrous truths of what it means to be human. Performed by eight of the finest actors of our time, this anthology series spans our present and future and grapples with time travel, A.I. bots, solo trips to the farthest reaches of the universe, scheming smart homes, a mysterious waiting room, near-future fertility treatments and illegal memory transplants, all to illuminate the deeper meaning of human connection. These character-driven stories contend that even during our most seemingly isolated moments, in the most disparate of circumstances, we are all connected through the human experience.
The series stars Helen Mirren as Peg, Morgan Freeman as Stuart, Anne Hathaway as Leah, Uzo Aduba as Sasha, Constance Wu as Jenny, Anthony Mackie as Tom, Nicole Beharie as Nera, and Dan Stevens as Otto.

Solos is created and executive produced by David Weil. It is also executive produced by Laura Lancaster and Sam Taylor-Johnson, who will also serve as a director along with Weil, Zach Braff, and Tiffany Johnson. Pixie Wespiser is also producing.
