Kevin Feige previously shared that the Loki series will also tie into Marvel Studios’ highly-anticipated sequel Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. He didn’t confirm whether or not Hiddleston will also be making an appearance in the Doctor Strange sequel.

Rick and Morty veteran Michael Waldron is writing Loki, which also recently recruited Kate Herron as a director. Hiddleston has previously teased that fans will see his character use the Tesseract to cause more trouble. According to rumors, viewers will follow Loki as he travels through time and leaves his mark on various historical events. Plus, the series will reportedly have wide-ranging effects on the larger MCU. Kevin Feige confirmed earlier this month that it will also tie into Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Loki will premiere on Disney+ in spring 2021.

John Wick creator Derek Kolstad joined the writing/creative team of Falcon and the Winter Soldier, though details are still under wraps, but it seems likely to follow up on Falcon’s new status quo after Avengers: Endgame. Anthony Mackie (Point Blank), Sebastian Stan (I, Tonya) and Daniel Brühl will all return for the series

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier may only run for six episodes, but it will connect with the larger MCU. It’s expected to hit Disney+ in August 2020.

Disney+ will launch on November 12. A monthly subscription will cost $6.99 a month, with an annual subscription set at $69.99. When Disney+ launches, 7,500 episodes, 25 original series, 400 library movie titles, and 100 recent theatrical film releases will be available. The service will be ad-free, supported solely by subscription fees, and will be available on gaming consoles, smart TV’s, and connected streaming devices.

Disney+ will allow downloading, meaning all content from the service will be accessible offline. As part of the new system you’ll be able to create your dream Disney+ profile by building your own custom avatar with characters from the library, including customized settings and profiles.

Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany are reprising their respective roles as Wanda Maximoff /Scarlet Witch and Vision. Presumably the series will explain how Vision returns after his death in Avengers: Infinity War. Additionally, Olsen and Bettany will be joined by MCU veterans Kat Dennings and Randall Park. Dennings previously portrayed Darcy Lewis in the first two Thor movies. Park first appeared as FBI agent Jimmy Woo in Ant-Man and the Wasp.
