Netflix has released the official trailer for their upcoming hour-long comedy special titled Black Mitzvah, starring Girls’ Trip star Tiffany Haddish in her first Netflix stand-up special which will be available for streaming on Haddish’s birthday, December 3. In Tiffany Haddish: Black Mitzvah, Tiffany Haddish is embracing stardom, and flaunting her mistakes in her first Netflix Comedy Special. Black Mitzvah is a badass coming-of-age celebration filled with teachable moments and Tiffany’s brash, barrier-breaking brand of comedy.
On her 40th birthday, Haddish drops a bombastic special studded with singing, dancing and raunchy reflections on her long road to womanhood.

The special will mark Haddish’s latest collaboration with the streaming service as she had previously starred in the adult animated series Tuca & Bertie, which debuted in May and was cancelled after one season last July. Haddish will also be starring alongside Oscar winner Octavia Spencer in Netflix’s upcoming biopic drama series Madam C.J. Walker.
Haddish has been in high demand since her breakout success in Girls Trip. The actress will next be seen in a number of comedy films including: Like a Boss opposite Rose Byrne and Salma Hayek; Orion Pictures’ Bad Trip; and Paramount’s action-comedy Down Under Cover starring alongside Chris Hemsworth.
