The new series is a talk show with Macdonald acting as the host alongside his trusty sidekick Adam Eget (Norm Macdonald Live podcast). Each episode will feature one celebrity guest on a show that will deliver great and unexpected conversation, jokes, and a behind-the-scenes look at Norm’s world.
Netflix has ordered 10 episodes of Norm Macdonald Has a Show, which is being produced under Norm’s production banner, Anchor Spud Productions, along with Pygmy Wolf productions in association with Lionsgate Television. Macdonald is the host, executive producer, and co-showrunner, alongside executive producer and co-showrunner Lori Jo Hoekstra. David Letterman is serving as the location scout, with KP Anderson and Daniel Kellison also serving as executive producers.
