Noted film and television star Carla Gugino (Watchmen) will suit up as a sexy defense attorney on the 4th season of the hit Showtime comedy “Californication.” Gugino will be a guest star in 10 of the series’ 12 episodes.
“Californication” stars David Duchovny in his Golden Globe-winning role as hedonistic novelist Hank Moody who struggles to raise his teenage daughter (Madeleine Martin), while still carrying a torch for his ex-girlfriend Karen (Natascha McElhone).
This season, Hank will have to deal with the fall-out from his one-night-stand with then-underage pseudo step-daughter Mia (Madeline Zima) going public. His epic legal troubles force him to enlist the aid of hot, high-powered lawyer Abby (Gugino) to keep him out of the big house but can he keep his hands off her?
