TV Guide reports that “Desperate Housewives'” exhaustive and months-long search for an actor to play Katherine Mayfair’s infamous ex has come to an end.
Office Space and former “West Wing” star Gary Cole has landed the pivotal part and will first be seen on the show on April 20, “Desperate Housewives'” second episode back.
Cole is expected to stick around for a handful of episodes.
