Tulsa King Season 3: Sly Stallone Show Starts Production With New Photo

Paramount+ has officially announced the Tulsa King Season 3 renewal, confirming that production on the next installment of the Sylvester Stallone-led crime drama has finally begun. This comes after Season 2’s debut became the streaming platform’s most-watched global premiere to date.

Who is involved in Tulsa King Season 3?

Tulsa King is created and executive produced by Taylor Sheridan. For the third season, executive producer Dave Erickson (Mayor of Kingstown) has been tapped as the new showrunner. The series stars Sylvester Stallone, Andrea Savage, Max Casella, Martin Starr, Domenick Lombardozzi, Vincent Piazza, Jay Will, Garrett Hedlund, Annabella Sciorra, and Dana Delany. Further details about the plot and new characters for the next installment are still currently under wraps.

It is executive produced by Stallone, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari, David Hutkin, Braden Aftergood, Jim McKay, Sheri Elwood, Ildy Modrovich and Keith Cox. Season 2 also featured new cast members Frank Grillo as Kansas City mobster Bill Bevilaqua and Neal McDonough as corrupt oil tycoon Cal Thresher.

“The series follows New York mafia capo Dwight ‘The General’ Manfredi just after he is released from prison after 25 years and unceremoniously exiled by his boss to set up shop in Tulsa, Okla,” reads the synopsis. “Realizing that his mob family may not have his best interests in mind, Dwight slowly builds a crew from a group of unlikely characters, to help him establish a new criminal empire in a place that to him might as well be another planet.”
