Poker Face Season 2 Release Date Set in Teaser Trailer for Peacock Crime Comedy

Peacock has announced the Poker Face Season 2 release date in a new trailer, revealing when the hit crime comedy series starring Natasha Lyonne will return.

When is the Poker Face Season 2 release date?

Poker Face Season 2 will return on May 8, 2025, with the launch of three episodes. After its premiere, Poker Face Season 2 will release one episode per week on Thursdays on the streaming platform.

Alongside Lyonne, Season 2 of Poker Face will also feature a litany of high-profile guest stars, including Alia Shawkat, Awkwafina, Ben Marshall, B.J. Novak, Carol Kane, Cliff “Method Man” Smith, Corey Hawkins, Cynthia Erivo, David Krumholtz, Davionte “GaTa” Ganter, Ego Nwodim, Gaby Hoffmann, Giancarlo Esposito, Haley Joel Osment, Jason Ritter, John Cho, John Mulaney, Justin Theroux, Kathrine Narducci, Katie Holmes, Kevin Corrigan, Kumail Nanjiani, Margo Martindale, Melanie Lynskey, Patti Harrison, Sam Richardson, Sherry Cola, and Simon Rex.

“The series is a mystery-of-the-week series following Natasha Lyonne’s Charlie, who has an extraordinary ability to determine when someone is lying,” reads the Season 2 logline. “This season, Charlie continues her journey on the road across the country, encountering a new cast of characters and investigating crimes along the way.”

Since its debut in 2023, the series has received a near-perfect Tomatometer rating of 98% based on 114 reviews. The second season will consist of 12, 60-minute episodes.

The series is created, written, and directed by Rian Johnson in his first-ever TV project. Season 2 will feature guest-stars Awkwafina, B.J. Novak, Method Man, Cynthia Erivo, John Cho, Katie Holmes, Kumail Nanjiani, Melanie Lynskey, Justin Theroux, Alia Shawkat, Giancarlo Esposito, Margon Martindale, and more. It is executive produced by Johnson, Ram Bergman, and Nena Rodrigue for T-Street Productions, along with Natasha Lyonne, Maya Rudolph, and Danielle Renfrew through their Animal Pictures banner. It is a production of MRC Television.
