With Invincible Season 3 fast approaching its conclusive episodes, an ongoing rumor has suggested that Jeffrey Dean Morgan could make his debut on the series as the villainous Conquest. The third installment of the show has long been building towards a climactic event known as the Invincible War, which is expected to play out in the remaining chapters of the ongoing season. While the arc will introduce a hoard of Mark Grayson variants, it will most likely include an appearance from the supremely powerful Conquest. From the looks of it, it could be Morgan who will breathe life into the character.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan said to be voicing Conquest in Invincible Season 3
According to a renowned internet scooper, The Walking Dead star will be lending his voice to Conquest in the final two episodes of Invincible Season 3.
In their latest X (formerly Twitter) update, @MyTimeToShineHello noted, “Jeffrey Dean Morgan is voicing Conquest in Invincible.” However, he failed to mention the exact episode when fans would be able to witness Morgan’s vocal talents in the franchise.
Interestingly, Prime Video has yet to officially confirm Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s role as Conquest in Invincible Season 3. As such, viewers should take the industry scooper’s prediction with a grain of salt until the premiere of the final episodes of the third edition of Invincible.
Previously, Prime Video’s X-Ray feature had listed Jonathan Banks as the power-hungry Viltrumite. While the Better Caul Saul actor is still in contention to make his Invincible debut in the coming episodes, his potential role in the series continues to be a well-kept secret. Similarly, the actual voice behind Conquest, provided that he makes an appearance in Invincible Season 3, remains a mystery at the time of writing.
The final two episodes of the animated series are on track to hit the small screens in the ongoing month itself. Invincible Season 3 Episode 7 will come out on Prime Video on March 6, with Episode 8 drawing the curtains on the third installment on March 13.
