Golden Globe winner Sharon Stone has entered negotiations to join the Euphoria Season 3 cast for the long-awaited next installment to the acclaimed HBO drama. Further details about her potential role are still under wraps. This comes after the Season 3 production had just recently started in Los Angeles, after enduring multiple delays.
Who else is in the Euphoria Season 3 cast?
Euphoria Season 3 will feature the return of Zendaya as Rue, Hunter Schafer as Jules, Jacob Elordi as Nate, Sydney Sweeney as Cassie, Alexa Demie as Maddy, Maude Apatow as Lexi, Dominic Fike as Elliot, Eric Dane as Cal, Colman Domingo as Ali, Martha Kelly as Laurie, and Chloe Cherry as Faye. In addition, it has also been confirmed that Nika King, Storm Reid, Algee Smith, and Austin Abrams won’t be reprising their roles in the new installment.
The next installment is expected to open with a major time jump, which brings the main characters out of the show’s original high school setting. The coming-of-age drama is slated to make its return sometime in 2026. Season 3 will also include new cast members: Spanish pop singer Rosalia, Marshawn Lynch, Kadeem Hardison, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Toby Wallace, Priscilla Delgado, James Landry Hébert, and Anna Van Patten.
Euphoria is created and written by Levinson, who is also executive producing with Zendaya and Drake. It is based on an Israeli miniseries of the same name. The series follows a group of high school students as they struggle to move through the worlds of drugs, sex, identity, trauma, social media, love, and friendship.
