WWE superstars Charlotte Flair and Andrade — real name Manuel Alfonso Andrade Oropeza
— are separating, with TMZ reporting that Flair has filed for a divorce from her soon-to-be ex-husband.
What happened with Charlotte Flair and Andrade?
According to TMZ’s report, Flair originally filed for divorce from her husband in June 2024, in Florida, with a judge signing off on the filing a few months later in October. No official reason was listed in documents given to the court, and it’s also unclear whether or not the pair are on speaking terms now.
Flair and Oropeza first began dating in 2019, and were engaged just a year later. The pair got married in Mexico in 2022, and seemingly had been happy together ever since. Before their divorce, the pair had been spotted together at various events, and Andrade even worked with Flair’s father, the legendary Ric Flair, for his last match as a wrestler.
Flair recently made her return to WWE, and won the Women’s Royal Rumble when it took place this past weekend. The legendary superstar is one of the most decorated wrestlers of all time, and has held a women’s championship with the company 14 times.
Andrade also made his return to WWE in 2024, after leaving the company in 2021 and going on to work with companies like Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide, All Elite Wrestling, and others.
