Courtney B. Vance has been tapped to play Zeus in Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2 following the passing of Lance Reddick.
Reddick played Zeus in the first season of Percy Jackson and the Olympians, which premiered on Disney+ in December 2023. Reddick then sadly passed away shortly after production on the first season finished in March 2023 at age 60.
Per Variety, Vance has now been tapped to take over the Zeus role in Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2.
