Netflix has released the full trailer for No Good Deed, the streamer’s new dark comedy series starring Lisa Kudrow and Ray Romano as a couple trying to sell their house that harbors a sinister secret.
No Good Deed hails from Dead to Me creator Liz Feldman. All eight episodes are set to arrive on Netflix on Thursday, December 12, 2024. It also stars Linda Cardellini, O-T Fagbenle, Abbi Jacobson, Denis Leary, Poppy Liu, Teyonah Parris, Ray Romano, and Luke Wilson.
What happens in the No Good Deed trailer?
The trailer introduces Paul and Lydia Morgan (played by Romano and Kudrow, respectively) evaluating their house’s potential buyers. Their reason for selling? The Morgans wanted to start over. However, the house seemed to be concealing a dark secret — and the buyers just wanted a safe and happy home of their dreams.

The official synopsis for No Good Deed reads as follows: “When Lydia and Paul decide to move on from their empty nest to forge a new life, they list their gorgeous 1920s Spanish-style villa located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Los Angeles – and the real estate frenzy begins. Multiple families all race to buy what they believe to be their dream house, convinced it will fix all of their very different problems. But as Lydia and Paul know all too well, sometimes the home of your dreams can be a true nightmare. As they struggle to hide the dark and dangerous secrets that linger inside their longtime home, Paul and Lydia begin to realize that the only way they’ll escape the past is to finally face it.”
The upcoming mystery comedy will also feature Matt Rogers, Kate Moennig, Chloe East, Rory Scovel, Wyatt Aubrey, Kevin Alves, and Linda Lavin as guest stars.
No Good Deed hits Netflix on December 12.
