Mayim Bialik to Reunite With Big Bang Theory Co-Star on NBC Sitcom

Following Mayim Bialik’s reunion with Jim Parsons during the final season of Young Sheldon, the actress is set to once again reunite with another The Big Bang Theory co-star for an episode of Night Court

Night Court, which has officially been picked up for a third season earlier this year, is returning to television screens on Tuesday, November 19. The NBC sitcom serves as the reboot of the series of the same name, which aired from 1984 to 1992.

What Big Bang Theory co-star is Mayim Bialik reuniting with?

Bialik will be joining her The Big Bang Theory co-star Melissa Rauch in an episode of Night Court as a guest star. Per Deadline’s report, Bialik will play a defendant. Rauch’s Judge Abby Stoner, according to the outlet, “is thrilled to meet her as a fan of the 1990s sitcom Blossom. However, the situation takes a turn when Abby discovers Bialik is actually stalking her.”

Bialik played Amy Farrah Fowler in The Big Bang Theory, alongside Rauch as Bernadette Rostenkowski-Wolowitz, Parsons as Sheldon Cooper, Johnny Galecki as Leonard Hofstadter, Kaley Cuoco as Penny, Simon Helberg as Howard, and Kunal Nayyar as Rajesh Koothrappali, among others. Nayyar previously guest starred on the show as Martini Toddwallis.

In addition to reuniting with Rauch, her upcoming appearance in Night Court will also serve as her reunion with her The John Larroquette Show co-star John Larroquette. Larroquette played John Hemingway in the 90s sitcom, while Bialik played his daughter Rachel.

“Unapologetic optimist judge Abby Stone, the daughter of the late Harry Stone, follows in her father’s footsteps as she presides over the night shift of a Manhattan arraignment court and tries to bring order to its crew of oddballs and cynics, most notably former night court prosecutor Dan Fielding,” the official synopsis for Night Court reads.

The sitcom also stars India de Beaufort as Olivia Moore, Lacretta as Gurgs Gurganous, Pete Holmes as Rand, and Gary Anthony Williams as Judge Flobert.
