Netflix’s House of Guinness Cast Revealed, Includes Louis Partridge

Stars from Masters of the Air and Enola Holmes are among the cast members joining Netflix‘s House of Guinness. The streamer also confirmed that production for the new show from Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight is now in production.

Per the streamer’s description, House of Guinness “reimagines the period immediately after the death of Sir Benjamin Guinness, the man responsible for the extraordinary success of the Guinness brewery.”

The upcoming show will be set in 19th-century Dublin and New York, chronicling the family behind the eponymous business dynasty, the aftermath of Benjamin Guinness’s death, and the impact of his passing on his four children, Arthur, Edward, Anne, and Ben.

Who stars in House of Guinness?

The eight-part television series’ cast members include Louis Partridge (Enola Holmes), Anthony Boyle (Masters of the Air), Emily Fairn (Mary & George), Fionn O’Shea (Dating Amber), James Norton (War & Peace), Niamh McCormack (Everything Now), Seamus O’Hara (Blue Lights), Jack Gleeson (Game of Thrones), Dervla Kirwan (Smother), Michael McElhatton (The Autopsy of Jane Doe), Danielle Galligan (Shadow and Bone), David Wilmot (Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald), and Hilda Fay (The Woman in the Wall).

The historical drama is fairly under Knight’s wheelhouse, so viewers can expect an exciting series coming their way. He is largely involved in various period dramas like SAS: Rogue Heroes, Great Expectations, All the Light We Cannot See, and — of course — the hit Cillian Murphy-led Peaky Blinders. Besides TV, the Knight also had a hand in several movies like Spencer, Locked Down, Serenity, November Criminals, Burnt, Hummingbird, and Amazing Grace.

Besides serving as the creator of House of Guinness, Knight will also serve as the show’s writer and executive producer. Since House of Guinness is still in production, other details are still being kept under wraps, and Netflix has yet to announce the release date for the series.
