Following the conclusion of Bluey Season 3 last April, Disney Branded Television has announced that they will be releasing more Bluey content for fans to enjoy while waiting for the next installment.
Bluey Minisodes, which is a collection 20 separate one to three-minute shorts, will be arriving this coming July on Disney Jr. and Disney+. This also comes after the success of the show’s first ever special The Sign, which became the most-viewed Bluey and Disney Jr. episode premiere ever with 10.4 million views.
“From creator Joe Brumm, the minisodes will highlight funny and sweet moments featuring Bluey and Bingo, leaning into playful interactions and games that further explore the characters and world of Bluey,” reads the logline for the Bluey Minisodes.
What is Bluey about?
“The series follows the adventures of a lovable and inexhaustible Blue Heeler puppy who lives with her Dad, Mum and little sister, Bingo. It showcases the joyful simplicity that can be found in families, by bringing to life how children learn and grow through play,” reads the synopsis.
Bluey is an Australian animated preschool series which became a global favorite among kids and even adults. It also features the voices of David McCormack and Melanie Zanetti as Bluey and Bingo’s parents. It is created and written by Brumm and produced by multi-Emmy Award-winning Ludo Studio in association with Screen Queensland and Screen Australia.
Bluey Seasons 1-3 are available for streaming on Disney+.
