Thing has officially entered his TikTok influencer era. In light of the cast announcement a few days ago for the second season of Wednesday, a new promotional video featuring Thing has been released, showing his morning routine as he gets ready for his first day of filming for Season 2.
The newly released Get Ready With Me video features the popular severed hand from The Addams Family franchise as he enters his “skincare era,” aiming to pull off “that post-mortem glow.”

What to expect from Wednesday Season 2?
There is no official release date for the second season yet, but it will most likely premiere sometime in 2025. In addition to Jenna Ortega returning as Wednesday Addams, the rest of the returning cast members also include Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia Addams, Luis Guzmán as Gomez Addams, Isaac Ordonez as Pugsley Addams, Emma Myers as Enid, Hunter Doohan as Tyler, Joy Sunday as Bianca, George Burcea as Lurch, Georgie Farmer as Ajax, Fred Armisen as Uncle Fester, Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo as Ritchie Santiago, Jamie McShane as Donovan Galpin, Moosa Mostafa as Eugene, and — of course — Victor Dorobantu as Thing.
Season 2 is expected to feature more of Wednesday’s home instead of the Nevermore Academy, so the cast for the rest of the Addams family has been promoted to series regulars. Alongside the returning cast, Season 2 will also include new faces such as Christopher Lloyd, Steve Buscemi, Billie Piper, Evie Templeton, Owen Painter, Noah B. Taylor, Joanna Lumley, Thandiwe Newton, Frances O’Connor, Haley Joel Osment, Heather Matarazzo, and Joonas Suotamo.
Lloyd previously played Fester Addams in the original films, making him the second cast member from the original movies to have joined the Netflix series alongside Christina Ricci, who first played Wednesday Addams in Barry Sonnenfeld’s The Addams Family.
Wednesday Season 1 is available to stream on Netflix.
