After successfully making an impression with his guest-starring performance as Chef Luca, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 star Will Poulter is officially reprising his role in The Bear Season 3.
His return was confirmed after he was recently seen by fans on the set of the acclaimed comedy-drama in Chicago. In Episode 4 of Season 2, Poulter’s Luca was introduced as a pastry chef in Copenhagen who helps Marcus (Lionel Boyce) developed desserts for the new restaurant. It was later revealed that he and Carmy previously worked together for Olivia Colman’s Chef Terry.
The Bear Gets an Early Season 4 Renewal
As production on The Bear Season 3 continues, it was recently reported that FX had officially granted the hit dramedy series a fourth season renewal. This comes after the show recently garnered multiple awards, including three Golden Globe wins and three SAG Awards.
The Bear is executive produced by Christopher Storer, Joanna Calo, Hiro Murai, Nate Matteson, and Josh Senior. The comedy drama stars White, Edebiri, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Abby Elliott, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, Edwin Lee Gibson, and Matty Matheson. Further details about the third installment’s plot and new characters remained under wraps. Edebiri is expected to direct one of Season 3’s episodes, which will served as her directorial debut.
