According to TVLine, The Umbrella Academy star Tom Hopper has been tapped to join Chris Pratt and Taylor Kitsch in Prime Video’s upcoming The Terminal List: Dark Wolf.
In the prequel, Hopper is set to play Raife Hasting, who’s described as a “hunter, protector, guardian and Navy SEAL.” This marks the British actor’s next major TV project after the upcoming fourth and final season of The Umbrella Academy, which is slated to premiere sometime this year.
What to expect in The Terminal List: Dark Wolf?
The Terminal List: Dark Wolf is described as an elevated espionage thriller that would explore the true darker side of warfare and the human cost that comes with it.” Besides Pratt’s James Reece and Kitsch’s Ben Edwards, the prequel will also feature characters from the original series such as Jared Shaw’s Boozer Vickers and Mo Farooq. Production on the spin-off is expected to begin early this year.
Based on Jack Carr’s novel of the same name, The Terminal List was written and executive produced by showrunner David DiGilio. Season 1 starred Pratt, Constance Wu, Taylor Kitsch, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Riley Keough, Arlo Mertz, Jai Courtney, J.D. Pardo, Patrick Schwarzenegger, LaMonica Garrett, Stephen Bishop, Sean Gunn, Tyner Rushing, Jared Shaw, Christina Vidal, Nick Chinlund, Matthew Rauch, Warren Kole, and Alexis Louder.
