During a recent appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Emmy winner Brian Cox revealed what his favorite Logan Roy line from HBO’s award-winning family drama Succession.
For Cox, saying the line “I love you, but you are not serious people,” to his character’s children was his “favorite line that I [he] had to say throughout the whole show.” He added, “I loved that line and I just thought, ‘Why didn’t I say that earlier?’ They were damned unserious most of the time.”
The said line comes from the second episode Season 4, “Rehearsal,” which featured Logan meeting with his children Kendall, Shiv, Roman, and Connor for the first time after betraying them in the Season 3 finale. The final season of Succession currently has more than 20 nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series.
