A new sneak peek from the upcoming Doctor Who 60th anniversary special has been released, introducing Yasmin Finney’s character as Rose Noble.
The clip from the upcoming show’s first episode, “The Star Beast,” shows Rose trying to hide the Meep from her mother, Donna Noble (Catherine Tate). Rose will be the Fourteenth Doctor’s loyal companion, which will be portrayed by returning star David Tennant.

The upcoming fourteenth season of the popular television series, which is scheduled to debut on Disney+ on December 25, will feature Sex Education’s Ncuti Gatwa as the Fifteenth Doctor. It will come after the release of Tennant’s Doctor Who specials, which will consist of three episodes, including “Blue Yonder” and “The Giggle.”
Joining Tennant, Tate, and Finney are Jacqueline King as Sylvia Noble, Karl Collins as Shaun Temple, Ruth Madeley as Shirley Ann Bingham, and Neil Patrick Harris as the Toymaker.
