Just in time for Halloween festivities, a new mid-season finale promo for Syfy’s highly-rated horror show Chucky features the red-headed doll all dressed up for killing.
For Season 3’s fourth episode, the promo — titled “Dressed to Kill” — teases Chucky getting ready for a night that everyone will surely remember. As Jake Wheeler (Zackary Arthur), Devon Evans (Björgvin Arnarson), and Lexy Cross (Alyvia Alyn Lind) join a Halloween ball to stop Chucky (voiced by Brad Dourif) from carrying out his evil schemes, the killer doll has other plans in mind.

The official synopsis for Chucky Season 3 reads as follows: “In Chucky’s unending thirst for power, season 3 now sees Chucky ensconced with the most powerful family in the world — America’s First Family, inside the infamous walls of the White House. How did Chucky wind up here? What in God’s name does he want? And how can Jake, Devon, and Lexy possibly get to Chucky inside the world’s most secure house, all while balancing the pressures of romantic relationships and growing up? Meanwhile, Tiffany faces a looming crisis of her own as the police close in on her for ‘Jennifer Tilly’s’ murderous rampage last season.”
Serving as the Child’s Play franchise’s sequel, the television show — created by Don Mancini — stars Devon Sawa, Jennifer Tilly, Callum Vinson, Teo Briones, Lexa Doig, Barbara Alyn Woods, Michael Therriault, Rachelle Casseus, Fiona Dourif, Carina London Battrick, Annie M. Briggs, Rosemary Dunsmore, and Lara Jean Chorostecki, among others.
The third season of Chucky debuted on Syfy and the USA Network on October 4, with newly released episodes available to stream on Peacock.
